As the lead YoungStar Connect agency, Shine Early Learning has recruited a strong local Wisconsin team of coaches, ERS observers, help desk team members, and trainers, all with expertise in early education and a shared goal of supporting Wisconsin’s youngest children and those who care for them. Shine Early Learning also partners with other community-based programs and public systems across the nation, honoring the aspirations of the communities they serve. They believe in the power of early care and education to maximize every child’s potential.

Do you run an out of school time care program? WOSTA connects you with resources to build a safer, healthier, and more engaging environment for school-age children. As a YoungStar Connect partner, WOSTA oversees local YoungStar Connect staff who deliver training and coaching to school-age and day camp providers throughout the state.

Your professional development matters. The Wisconsin Registry keeps track of training, certifications, and experience, all required for regulated care in Wisconsin. It’s more than paperwork; it’s a record of your hard work and dedication to this field. As a YoungStar Connect partner, the Wisconsin Registry supports data collection and houses all YoungStar Connect on-demand training options.
